Would I be assigned a dedicated VA?
Yes! Your dedicated assistant will be your main point of contact on a regular basis. Treat your VAY's as your regular employee and train them on how you want things done. Our VAY's are thoroughly trained on most of their jobs that we receive from our clients, however, client varies and does their requirements, we recommend you spend some time initially to explain what you need. It will help your VAY's understand.

What are your office hours?
Even if our staff is from the Philippines, we have 3 available shifts: PH Time-zone: 9am - 6pm / 6pm - 2am / 2am - 11am.
We also do flexible time shifts upon the client and staff agreement.
Where are you located?
We are from the Philippines. Our PH office is in Cebu, Mandaue City. Our team works in one area remotely.
Can I cancel at any time?
You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your service any time before your next billing cycle. Just send us an email to hello@virtuallyassistyouph.com or just let our Team Leader / VAY know about the change and we'll adjust your plan accordingly.
What happens after I sign up?
Our Team Leader will contact you within 24-hours after you have signed up. You can start sending your task the next day after signing up.
How do I keep track of my hours
We provide trackers sheet for each VAY's for them to fill in at the end of the shift, the status of each task, and other notes. You will have access so you can pull up the sheet anytime. Our hours are Rollover to the next month if unused for the current month.
What if I am not satisfied with the current VAY's?
You can always reach our Team Leader and discuss any concerns that you might have if you are not satisfied with the current VAY. We can always assign you a new VAY if needed. Or As A Last Result, You Can FIRE US! You Are in Control.
How do I get in touch with my VAY's?
We will provide you with their emails ID and Available in WhatsApp,
Skype, Slack, Viber depending on the client's request and convenience
